The Nilfisk Road Sweepers all have high suction and a strong airflow which allows them to pick-up bottles, stones and other heavy debris without clogging. Furthermore a hydraulically operated flap ensures that these objects are picked up without having to stop the machine. The capacity ranges from 500 to 1,300 litres, with large water tanks for enhanced cleaning time. All machines are equipped with stainless steel hoppers for longer working life.
The small model Nilfisk RS 502 can easily be transported from one job to another on a trailer. With a small wheel base it features an amazing turning radius that allows it to operate in narrow and congested spaces, such as parking lots, footpaths, sidewalks and loading bay areas.
The larger models in the range, Nilfisk RS 851 and RS 1301, combine powerful sweeping with compact design. Rear wheel drive and a short wheel base allow the machine to manoeuvre easily even in the tightest situations and operate close up to walls and other obstacles. Both models have a joystick on the central console that operates all functions and minimizes any possible operator error.

RS 851
Small and mobile road sweeper
Small and mobile enough to handle pavements and congested areas, yet large enough to offer productive cleaning of city squares and urban spaces, overcome 17 cm high kerbs and steps climbing ability is 22%. It has a fantastic manoeuvrability and its low noise level won't disturb the neighbours.
The RS 851 is truly versatile. Combining compact size with high performance, this unit answers the demand for modern day city sweeping. With the third brush it has a sweeping path width of 2.1 meters.

Getting around - getting it clean
With its amazing turning radius and compact design, the RS 502 is the right choice for productive cleaning of limited space outdoor areas like footpaths, pavements, parking lots and loading bays. The RS 502 has a large 246 liter polyethylene water tanks, that ensures long life and reliability.
The new RS 502 means that there is now a road sweeper light enough and compact enough to be transferred from job to job on a simple trailer. Contract cleaners can easily transport the RS 502 to different locations, thereby being able to offer a complete range of cleaning services including outdoor sweeping. (RS 501 is obsoleted, replaced by RS 502)
