Single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for dust

Model 118 is a true industrial vacuum, though very small and light. It can be supplied in stainless steel, equipped with a HEPA filter and with a disposal container/safe bag for hazardous waste. It's available in L M H Class according to EN60335 2 69.

Mod. 118 is a single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for dust and dry materials. It mounts one 1,2 hp by-pass motor inside a metal motor-head. The filter chamber contains a star-shaped polyester "L" filter as standard, that can be replaced by several types of filters according to the applications as Nomex, PTFE, antistatic ones. Furthermore an Hepa filter is available for toxic material. A lateral, standard & ergonomic filter shaker guarantees a long life for the filter. Model 125 is an industrial vacuum cleaner for dust and solid waste equipped with 2 single phase, by pass motors of 800 Watts each. Its filter chamber and bin are made of light, shock resistant plastic, ideal to easily move the vac from one place to the other. The head, shock-resistant as well, holds the manual filter shaker, granting an efficient cleaning of the "M" class Star filter supplied as standard. he inlet is on the bin and the collected material is conveyed directly into the paper bag supplied with the machine. An absolute "H" class HEPA 14 filter, for hazardous powders is also available and easy to fix. it is particularly suited to hold particles up to 0,18 µm (efficiency 99,995% measured with the M.P.P.S. method). Regarding the WST100 without diverting valve the container emptying is performed by a ball valve. For the WST100 D by simply moving a lever the machine is able to blow and then to discharge the liquids previously sucked. 2,4 kW (3,2 HP) power rating obtained with two single-phase by-pass motors are placed within a dark grey solid polypropylene cover and connected to the container by a self-centering metal band. Once the metal band is released the motor-head is free to be tilted. In order to protect the motor-head the WST100 safety measures are very high: both a visual cut-off system and a float shut-off system are fitted up in the vacuum as well as a double filter pad and an absorbent pad are always present. A metal basket for the metal chips recovery is also available as well as different kinds of nylon filters, letting the user to have different levels of filtration and then to re-use the sucked materials (both liquids and solids).
