SYSTEM DESIGN “CENTRAL VAK" 

PLACEMENT OF INLET.
The correct positioning of the inlet facilitates cleaning by the user, allows to reach all areas of the building it is permitted to cost savings in the construction of the plant. The main parameter for the positioning of the sockets and the length of the tube fl exibility, in the residential sector is recommended by 7 m.

MAIN CRITERIA FOR PLACEMENT OF Inlet:
1) place the Inlet near the doors to avoid the coverage to be furnished.
2) place the Inlet at the base of the stairs.
3) evaluate all areas of building what they need to be reached by tube fl exibility, including balconies, closets, external stairs, the porch, etc.).

HOW TO CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF THE SUCTION OUTLETS.
1) Consider that the flexible hose complete of suction broom is long 7 meters. Therefore distribute the outlets making sure of being able to reach the more distant areas from the outlet. Keep in consideration the presence of future encumbrances of the furnishings.
2) After positioning the first outlet, place the subsequent outlets considering the range of the first outlet and a limited overlap of the ranges as safety margin.
3) Place the head in the garage or in an adapted technical room.

SYNTHETIC COUNT OF THE TUBES AND THE CONNECTIONS TO ORDER.
In order to calculate the approximate number of suction outlets (consider that “as a rule” it is necessary to have one outlet every 30sq.mt. of net floor area/walkable surface) divide the total net floor area/walkable surface by 30sq.mt. and round off to the following number. Example: for a 100sq.mt house dividing by 30 we obtain 3.3, therefore rounding off it is necessary to have 4 outlets. Once we calculate the number of needed outlets use the schedule at the correspondent line.
