The CS50 sweeping machine by Comac is suitable for the cleaning of small indoor areas or highly cluttered medium-to-large spaces.
It is ideal for the cleaning of surfaces up to about 1,200 sqm.
The CS50 sweeping machine can be battery- or petrol-powered and has a 65 cm work-track (including the side brush).

CS50 is a small walk-behind, extremely manoeuvrable, compact sweeping machine.
The handle bar grip, made of comfortable plastic material, makes operation of control levers extremely easy.
When the surface to work on is wet or damp, the suction switch-off lever should be operated.
Cleaning corners and along the walls is made easier thanks to the side brush.
The panel filter, with its large filtering surface, retains dust particles very effectively. (Now the “washable”, reusable version is also available).
The front and side flaps play an important role in avoiding raising dust during operation.

The CS60 B II sweeping machine by Comac is suitable for the cleaning of small indoor areas or highly cluttered medium-to-large spaces.
It is ideal for the cleaning of surfaces up to 2,000 sqm.

CS60 II is robust, compact and electrically-powered, which makes it particularly recommended for all applications where you need to combine work speed with manageability in indoor environments.
Thanks to its 60 cm main brush and to the rear-loading system, CS60 II is suitable for removing dust and solid dirt from any type of floor, even carpets.

The CS70/71/72 sweeping machines by Comac are suitable for any dirt and work condition on medium-to-large areas.
They are ideal for the cleaning of surfaces up to 3,000 sqm.
They are available in a battery-powered version or in a Honda petrol engine version with a work-track of 93 cm with 1 side brush of 116 cm or 2 side brushes (latter version on request).

CS70/71/72 are extremely compact and manoeuvrable ride-on sweeping machines thanks to their well-balanced weight distribution.
- The dirt hopper, on the back, has 90 l debris capacity and can be easily emptied.
- The filter surface area is more than 5 sqm, among the largest in its category.
- The endothermic engine (combustion version H) has a front air inlet which provides constant and appropriate cooling.
- Traction, either hydraulic or electric, is powered by the 5.5 hp Honda motor on the combustion engine version, and by a 24-Volt, 800-Watt system on the battery-powered version.
- Controls are of the touchless system type with immediate activation.
- The flap-raiser command means that even large residues can be collected
- The rear loading and suction capacity allow even light dirt such as leaves or sheets of paper to be collected.

The CS80/90/110 sweeping machines by Comac are suitable for cleaning the most resistant dirt on outdoor and indoor surfaces such as those of department stores, squares and car parks up to 10,000 sqm.
They are available with a battery or a diesel engine with a work-track of 112 cm (CS80), 122 cm (CS90) or 142 cm (CS110) with 1 side brush.

The CS80/90/110 sweepers are suitable for cleaning large surfaces or small and narrow and cluttered up areas thanks to the box frame built around the centre brush which is very compact but also extremely strong. The hydraulic system designed to reduce waste and keep oil temperature within optimum values increases performance and minimises the use of energy. The result of the combination of these elements is the considerable reduction in consumption compared to the previous model and, as a result, the machine's autonomy is longer, now up to 4 hours (CS90B-CS110B version installing 480 Ah C5 batteries).

To guarantee maximum driving comfort for the operator at all times and maximum reliability, all the main functions are hydraulic:
- Traction;
- Lifting and emptying the rubbish container;
- Rotating the brushes;
- Vacuuming dust.

The CS100/120 are suitable for cleaning the most resistant dirt on outdoor and indoor surfaces such as those of department stores and car parks up to 10,000 sqm.
CS100/120 have been designed to easily collect solid debris and light dust.
They are available with three different motorisations: with a battery, or a diesel and LPG engine, with a work-track of 135 cm (CS100) or 150 cm (CS120) with 1 side brush.
CS100/120 is also available in a street-use approved version that may be used for the cleaning of public areas.

These sweeping machines are at the top of the range in terms of power, performance capacity, resistance and ability to perform heavy duty tasks. They also feature an electric filter shaker that is directly controlled from a button on the instrument panel to keep the pocket filter always clean. The hydraulic system with solenoid valve and direct distributors is especially simple and reliable and controls are extremely practical to use. All models feature an oil cooler with independent thermostat and solenoid valve in order to keep
oil temperature within the ideal range and ensure best efficiency. In this way consumption is reduced and components’ life extended, while battery-powered versions may operate up to 5 hours.

CS100/120 come with all accessories as standard equipment:
- spring seat with armrests;
- flasher;
- headlights;
- rubber bumper;
- reverse beeper;
- fabric filter.

CS140 Twin Action, 2m³, combines the performance of two machines in one single particularly compact machine, thus providing two actions in one solution and ensuring maximum quality results.
The innovative combined “Twin Action” system developed by Comac includes the central brush and two screw conveyors which operate simultaneously with suction operation to guarantee maximum efficiency in dirt collection: while mechanical action collects waste, suction action draws in even the finer dust.

With a working width of 1400 mm, CS140 is suitable to clean urban areas, such as roads or parking spaces and industrial areas, such as metallurgy plants and cement factories; the Twin Action system allows operation even on bumpy road surfaces, since no rigid element is in contact with the ground. As a consequence tree roots or protruding manholes are not a problem. Moreover the hydraulic support and the presence of the flaps, ensure a constant pressure on the ground for the brush independently of wear or the terrain, for maximum cleaning results.

CS140 Twin Action is equipped with Industrial Open Power engine version which is specifically sized for continuous applications at constant speed with reduced consumption: for this reason it is suited to continuous heavy-duty work, even for a daily cycle of eight hours non-stop.

CS140 Twin Action uses the central brush continuously, thereby ensuring higher quality cleaning because it is uniform for the entire width of the brush. In view of the innovative system which concentrates work on the central brush and limits the use of the side brushes, the machine comes standard equipped with only the RH side brush, while the LH brush is optional. As a consequence the use of water is significantly reduced, since it is employed only in a nebulized form limited to the external part of the side brushes in order to control flying dust, without wetting the ground.
The third brush is also available, useful to collect debris from areas far from the machine.

The large filtering surface and the efficiency of the dusty air intake distribution system over the entire surface ensure continuity of performance over time: these characteristic together with the materials chosen (polyester and cotton) and the action of the two filter shaking ensure the return of perfectly clean air into the environment.
